Check the qtp website, they have a kit for 16 camaro, that may have the pipe size listed on the website. I have the qtp cutout kit, actually getting it installed now, but my car won't be ready for a few days, so I can't measure.

depends on where you measure it. From the end of the Tri-Y it is 2.1 ID (about 2.25 OD or 3.97 sq in flow area OD), the center section to crush bend is 2.75 od (5.94 sq in flow area OD). The crush bend is about 1/2 that size so PI R R / 2 => 2.97 surface area OD. It necks down to 2.5 OD just before the muffler or (4.91 sq in flow area OD). Yes I know exhaust does not flow through OD....

Wow the manifold outlet into the primary cat is that small? These cars don't gain a lot of power going to longtubes with 3 inch outlets. I'm really surprised it would be that small.

1998 Camaro LS-1 the 2 and 3/4 exhaust was 2.5 id inside the muffler (single inlet). The optional SS SLP single exhaust was 3" OD, had a crush bend to 2/3 size over the axle. LOL....

The z2/8 header is probably the same size as the SS ID....
