EFI is the one that does the tune for me, I do the easy part of loading the tune in the car. You need to own a HP tuner to load it onto your car. I'm sure my final tune will be close to yours, email tunes means the vendor looks at your data logs and tweaks them over a time an then emails them to you. You then load the tune to the ecu of the car via a HP Tuner. It is super simple but you do need a laptop.

I think I could load it for you via my tuner, but don't know for sure. EFI would know. If I can I would be more than happy to gratis.

vince3,

Oldman's HP Tuners unit can be utilized to flash your vehicle. The tune files for your vehicle will be tied to his serial number. If you obtain your own unit at some point I can easily transfer the files to the new serial number.

My goal is to have the website functioning in a way that will let you purchase the tune and upload your baseline HPT file and logs all in one shot. For the time being e-mail is the best mechanism for information transfer.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions!

Thank you,
Tim

If we already have a ported throttle body (VMAX), is it possible to just get the manifold ported?

You can send just the intake. The Web site should be reflecting that.

I will be installing our ported intake manifold and TB on my personal car over the weekend. As soon as I can get on the dyno I will report the gains with E85. I will be providing deltas with no change of the tune. I will then see if any tuning changes impact the results.

Stay tuned!

Tim

On 93 depending on the weather I am able to get 23*-25* after 5,200 or so. The motor will take much more timing lower than that.

Do you take a vmaxx ported TB as a core return or does it have to be an untouched TB? I'm considering the TB/IM set from you but my TB has been modified by vmaxx
