Thank you very much!

How does that test not give u good information? It will let u know how much improvement there is in the real world across almost the entire rpm spectrum. What test is better?
I could be totally wrong and bias towards my own idea, but please tell me how.
It's getting pretty cold here now, and my tires are toast. I'm still trying to figure out what to do about tires. Not sure I want to buy a brand new set to get me through winter, so trying to buy a set off a local guy.

Anyways, I can see what you are saying in that it will show some sort of empirical data. However, I don't think it produces any meaningful data. While you would know that it got faster/slower/the same, it doesn't tell you HOW, and therefore, really doesn't tell you anything. A track result such as my own, and a dyno result can tell you what you gained with a measurement that most people can relate to. I never do 2nd gear 20-80 races so that is in no way relevant to me. Losing .1 in 2nd gear from 20-80 doesn't tell me how much power I gained, or how much ET I will dropped. I do understand 1/4 mile times, so that IS relevant to me. I hope that better explains it. But as always, to each his own.

20-80 doesn't tell you how much power you gained but it does tell you what the power did, isn't that the point.
20-80 in second gear takes out many variables there would be in any kind of acceleration test while still making the entire curve relevent.

I do think also that Roto-Fab is not advertising properly by constantly posting on other manufactures CAI forum threads and putting down the quality of other vendors CAI's. Not good business in my eyes. I have no reason to stick up for Cold Air Inductions on any thread as i don't work for them and not a owner there but seems whenever CAI's CAI is brought up Roto-Fab has to make a statement of some sort and push people away from their product as we see here.
Thank your very much!

This is in large part what draws me to the CAI over the Roto-"fad" actually. I am sick of hearing their pushy posts and I have on several occasions caught him misleading his product, to which he replies "I misspoke". Sounds like a former presidential candidate to me.

Thanks again to BadBowtie Productions! We appreciate the real world testing at the track of the Cold Air Inductions, Inc. cold air induction system for the 2016 Camaro SS. We are glad that everyone can see that real power is made with this system.

We are also thankful for our fellow forum members, loyal customers and our great dealers that are part of our growing dealer network. Happy Thanksgiving to all!
