Mbrp catback on ss opinions?

Anyone has this setup? If so how do you like the sound? I found a catback for cheap as heck (new) which has me nervous. Is there a noticeable sound difference vs the npp? I am looking at their race version 3 inch with quad 4 inch tips. I'm ditching my npp altogether. Please fill me in guys, Any/all comments and opinions are appreciated thanks

Did you pull the trigger on the MBRP? Are you running long tubes as well with this set-up?

MBRP is using a different approach when it comes to axle back/catbacks for our Gen 6s. Instead of a typical muffler set-up, they are using Helmoltz Chambers to control tone and drone. So yes, the volume will be on the loud side, with minimal to no drone.

Another aspect of the MBRP kits is the material they use to construct the kits. You will have a choice between Aluminum(cheapest, most susceptible to corrosion) and 409 Stainless Steel (OEM quality). The best out there of course is 304SS.

Best of luck on your decision! Hope this helps.
