ZL1 ground effects
Has anyone else thought about adding the ZL1 ground effects to their cars??? I like these much more than the standard GM ground effects and think they would look awesome on my 1LE. I know the front fenders on the ZL1 are slightly different than on the SS, but I don't think that would hurt the fitment of the ground effects.
If anyone has found or can find the part number for the ZL1 ground effects please post it here. I know one of the vendors already has the ZL1 fascia to work on a kit for the SS and LT cars so it is possible to get the ZL1 parts. |

Meh, I think the side skirts are too busy...in all honesty the overall look (wing, wheels, nose) of the ZL1 just doesn't do it for me, except for that awesome hood and those bigger exhaust tips. But that is all IMO...
I should be able to get you the part numbers, hang tight... |

Edit: Just imagine those rockers and the diffuser wrapped to match the hood/splitter/spoiler on the 1LE!!! I bet you would like it! |

Amen brother!!! If the cost is close to the same as the regular ground effects I will 100% be buying it and wrapping the pieces to match the other black accents of the 1LE package!

Wasn't the rear quarter made wider on the ZL1? Would these match up with a normal SS?

It's the front fender thats a tide wider, but from what I've read/been told (by Aaron Link) it's the top of the fender that's wider to better cover the 285 front tires so the fitment of the skirts shouldn't be affected. If I can get a hold of them for a decent price I will be a guiny pig.

They were in another thread, I looked them up but it seemed that the part #s were for the actual rocker assemblies not the skirts if that makes sense. I will try to find the thread that had the part #s.
