Manual I4/V6 Cars I need your help

I need the diameter and height of your shift arm. Diameter needs to be measured with a vernier or caliper like the images in the album below.

I believe he's working with an aftermarket company that produces screw on shift knobs... They're working on a 'fixture' so we can use threaded knobs in our cars (at least I'm fairly certain)

Correct! We already have the SS shifter dimensions and have test fit the adapter last Friday.

First off, I wanted to show you the odd angles of this shift stick (not straight like the V8 at all), it has a good 'crook' horizontally and laterally:

Please let me know if you'd like anymore measurements now that you've seen the odd shape of this thing...

Try to get one by the screw just before thie bend for the length. That would be a better length measurement I believe.

Thank you a lot!

Good call on that placement; I should have thought of that...
It allowed for a much more accurate measurement when taken from that spot

Hey Corner,

Sorry, it wasn't too clear what I meant, but this should help show what we are looking for. The adapter won't actually be able to make it down that bend, so we'd need the measurement at that point where the bend begins.

Thanks again for your help!
