I was actually considering the blue, saw the white and like it better. Reminded me of my white 1979 Z/28 for some reason. so I chose it instead. Black was another consideration, I had a black 2012 RS, which is why I reconsidered on black. It was a pain to keep clean.

So you're getting a 1SS V8? Congrats either way. I love my Hyper Blue car. I get consistent compliments on the color.

I like the Hyper Blue, reminds me of the old 1960's/1970's Marina Blue. Had a 65 Corvette Coupe in MB. So a nostalgia thing for me.
I would have taken a Hyper Blue, Silver or White car. Happily the HB car was close by and on it's way as we speak. Had I ordered I was going to get a white Rally stripe...Can always get that added at some time. My ONLY regret. |

Infotaiment screen is the same large on for the 1SS and 2SS. The only differences are luxury gadgets like heating/cooling seats/steering wheel, blind spot alerts, HUD, leather seats, interior lighting, etc.

Thanks OP for starting this tread. I'm checking out the Camaro6 and new Mustang.
Test drove the Mustang GT (loved it, not a fan of fuel consumption and insurance, sightlines IMO in a par with the Camaro, no sunroof option), the Mustang EcoBoost (HATED the engine) and the Camaro Turbo 4 (surprisingly loved this. Nice engine, good power, visibility not that bad) So looking like the Camaro could be the one. Will decide between the Turbo 4, V6 and maybe the 8 but probably not). Won't purchase for another year or so but reading everything I can about the cars. This forum is a great resource - many thanks |

Ahh right. The Bose is the only interior option that can be ordered on a 1LT and not a 1SS.

I got my 2 LT v6 6 speed with black 20' rims and blackout emblems for less than $26k
NEW I used $1000 I earned in points from my GM Credit Card to make it under $25 K NEW. there are still NEW 2016 Camaros out there.....Go and make your deal.....they ARE willing to bargin..... 20-25% off sticker is easy to negotiate.....20% off sticker is offered in some areas as a promotion....no bargaining required. |

I think you can get a base V6 for $32,190 Can including the 8 speed auto. A Mustang GT with auto starts at $41, 648 Can. I just think the Camaro is a tad tighter handling although they are both sweet cars. But both have brutal backseats in case the kiddies want to tag along |

I've always been one to buy cars around 2 years old after they have taken the huge initial depreciation hit. I couldn't wait and pre-ordered. I paid $37,000 for my loaded up car with a $1500 veterans discount. I know that I'll get hammered on resale! Lesson learned! But, funny enough I love my car and really don't care at this point that I wasted $8000+ to be first in line.
