I know there are cutaways of the NPP but I cant find one for the stock muffler.
Ill do this monday. have no plan on keeping it at all. so I'll cut it open

The torque numbers from that dyno are very strange for a stock LT1. The stock dyno sheets that I've seen are typically not more than a 2% difference, torque to hp, but this dyno reports about a 10% difference. I'm focusing on your stock pull here (401hp/441tq).

-Flowmaster outlaw 3" axle back with 4" Black Single tips ( non NPP)

no tuning done either.

base: 401whp / 441tq
after exhaust: 415hp / 486tq

gains: 14whp / 45tq

crazy numbers that we triple verified as well.
I mean this in the most respectful way, It is absolutely impossible to gain 45 RWTQ with a cat back on this car.

I have had many 2016 LT1 both auto and manual cars on my dyno, and have tested all kinds of parts and all different combinations see my test posts.

It is obvious on your dyno graph you had an RPM signal problem on the dyno which would hugely change the torque calculation.

A lower RPM signal reports more torque.

If the before and after dyno testing was accurate you would see nearly Identical torque and HP curves starting and finishing at the same RPM.

Sorry to rain on your parade.

Ted.
