This past Saturday was a special release at Iron Tap in Waconia, MN. They had both 2015 and 2016 Goose Island Bourbon County Brand Stout on tap. I had them back to back and it was great. On Sunday it was off to Victoria, MN to Enki brewing where we had the Cranberry Porter, tart with chocolate notes, very good too. They release their Mocha Porter next Saturday, that is one of my favorite beers. It's one of the few beers I will go back to whenever it is available.

BCS is one of my favorites, and I've been fortunate to try some of the variants: Rare, Vanilla, & Coffee. We used to be able to get it on the West Coast, but I haven't seen it in years...

If you're interested in something from the West, that you can't get in the East, PM me, and maybe we can work something out...

I just picked up some Firestone Anniversary & Helldorado, as well as the this years Bruery anniversary beer, Poterie. I look forward every year to the Bruery & Firestone Anniversary releases...

While I was at it, I picked up another Rumpkin, which is a fabulous 18%'er, and a few Prairie releases: Bomb, Birthday Bomb, & Okie.

Just about to pop the Birthday Bomb and watch the Abu Dhabi GP...

I'm on a carb free diet for the last 2 months. I've only had 4 beers since and it's a bummer.
I've gone from 235 to 210 in 60 days and eat anything I want but flour items, rice, potatos,
Ice cream, etc. Enjoy your beer guys but it does put on the pounds.

Try a Radler - fruit flavors and beer. A German creation. Several types out there. Stiegl Radler is a popular one - Sweeter, pink grapefruit type flavor. Easy to drink and everybody loves it.

That looks (sounds) amazing. Does it have a "Bourbon" flavor?
