Help From HPTuners Users!

So to keep it short, I had just recently had same stuff as JANNETTY RACING installed on my 2017 Camaro and had local shop use HPTuners to tune the car. So to start with, the gains from the Rotofab oiled filter intake and 1 7/8 ARH headers with H-Pipe over stock yielded 31 RWHP and 39 RWTQ over stock. Now after that come the disappointing results of the MSD IM in addition to the above, ended up old yielding 9 more RWHP and really no torque over stock, they said they did re-tune after adding the MSD intake and that's what they got, rather very disappointed in the results for the $1,000. Now question is I just got a call that now they said after they took it for a test drive that the backup camera does not work and that the computer is throwing a code related to the suspension. If anyone has any insight into this issue please let me know and also if you think there is more HP/TQ to gain out of the hptuners with the MSD intake that you could help me and my shop out with I would greatly appreciate this, cough..cough TSloper or anynone else, Thanks!

the lost HP would be the least of my concern at this point but were they both SAE dyno numbers?

that would suck if they shorted something out in the BCM and your warranty is likely donezo

To be honest I'm still waiting for the graphs to be sent to me still. now starting to really worry if they did short something in ECM! Any chance the backup camera and suspension code thrown is related to the tune itself?

The tune wouldn't affect either.
