That sounds fishy unless the person with access to Workbench was not available to submit the order. I walked into the dealership on a Friday and walked out the same day with a copy of the Workbench sheet for my car along with the order number. I had also negotiated a maximum price. Granted, I have supplier pricing but that was a bit of a starting point.

Order Number is created when the order is entered. There is no requirement that a dealer has or may ever have an allocation to place against an entered order.

So if they have no allocations im sol. I feel dumb. I suppose I should of asked about that in the beginning but in my defense ive never done any of this before so im learning as I go.

So a order number is is created when the order is entered. So How long does it take to enter in my order then? Guess that should of been my first question. Seems like that should of been done 3 days ago. Think im calling my dealer back tomorrow.
