Hello,

Another difference is the rotating weight of the tires (lighter is faster all things being considered). The 1LE rims are forged and lighter than other stock rims as well. I recently ordered a factory set for the HABU. The shipping weight for the front is 28 pounds (10 inch width) and 29 pounds (11 inch width) for the rear. Once they come in, I'll weigh each of them properly before adding the tires. I read another post that said the Phastek clones of the 1LE weighed about 35 pounds (be it a bathroom scale measurement).

Creating greater angular acceleration for greater mass requires greater torque.
For a quick math review, start at minute 10.

Kindest,

Donner
