Jack, your hoses are correct based off that pic. That is the code they asked me if I had set. And let me correct something I said. They said they had one or more customers that set that code. He didn't mention his shop car like I thought. But they are thinking that it could possibly be a bad IAT sensor that was bad from the factory (supplied by them).

This is the 1st chance we have had to test the blower since All Girls Garage Installed it..550 rwhp on a mainline hub dyno 3x in a row no cool off a few minutes apart that's with eforce stock tune no headers no cai. They got it right this time the LS3 efocre was plegued with high IATs that caused it to lose so much power and heat soaked very easy. I can hardly feel any power loss when the car gets hot unlike the LS3 blower.
I can't see how you can't beat the warranty guarantee, performance, and look.

Ours performed good just popped the DTC code p2199 IAT sensor out of range..

Will see what headers and a better tune does.. also being test fitted with e85 to see what the system will handle.

Well at least you had good results. I'm glad to hear it though Jack.
What were your air fuel numbers on their wideband? I'm convinced especially after talking to another guy that Dyno'd where I dyno'd the same day that my cat over temperature Protection was definitely on.

On the street my car flies, despite high IAT's. When the temps are any lower than 70 degrees out I can't go WOT in second gear without spinning hard through most of the gear.

I'll dyno again before much longer and hopefully with a little more attention to starting with lower IAT's and making sure the cat overtemp protection isn't on, I'm sure it will do better.

We just did a baseline tune not metering.. didn't want to get to involved with that tune since adding headers and better tune. I maybe able to catch them and see if the headers make it go to lean or out range.. maybe give us an idea of if it's real fat.

Sounds like you are getting where you want to be with your build and quite a bit of experience here. Have you or anyone here had issues with their tune? I just finished my build, Eaton 1.7 SC, headers, cam, CAI, and coming home on Friday I noticed a high freq whine, checked gauges and no Eng Temp, the fan had kicked on, no AC and no code in the DIC. Got home and shut down car, fan ran for 18 minutes. Rumor on the street is that there are some "trons" that are coming up and have to be chased. I made 600 and thought this to be a bit low running 8-9 psi and saw 10 with stock fuel system. Headed back to ADM on Wed to sort out. Thanks!

Nice results! Right in line with expectations. Are you still seeing the p2199 code?

The Temps have dropped an average of 10 degrees cooler may not see the code til next summer.

SGDM.. that's a 1.7 blower ours are 2.3 it's not the psi but the amount of volume. It's the reason I took off the blower and have twin turbos on my 5th gen. I'm running 10psi springs but only making 8psi and 707 at the wheels.

Even when my car was throwing the high IATS code the engine fan or car temp never moved it's been steady even in Texas heat and very high humidity.

For my ls3 w turbos a different story when hot out side I can't run the ac much in traffic the cooling fan arent enough.. the ac condenser is placed to close the air to air intercooler causing it not to shed the heat.

If your fan issue isn't in the tune you may have to space your ac condenser gap between your air to air intercooler or heatexchanger if ya have a large one that covers the enter front if it's a lower mount one and the top of the radiator and ac condenser is exposed then it's something else.
