I know in my Honda pilot if I open just the front or just the back I get this issue, super annoying and you can feel it in your ears.

I have the buffeting issue(also had it on my bmw coupe not at as bad , probably because the roof is lower) if you drive with one window down it causes that annoying buffeting so i either open the sunroof or lower the other window and it goes away

No I don't think you can fix it!Just keep the windows up.The air is bad anyway!

Sorry haven't experienced the same, typically a 45 minute drive home combination of city and 65mph highway driving home, and I keep my windows down most of the time.
