You don't need to change plugs till at least 75,000 miles on the LT1.

Not worth it at all under any condition unless your tuner specifies the change. But most times they will tell you to go to a step colder plug if at all.
Normal platinum tip plugs are just fine.

Stick with stock. Ac delco 41-114 plugs and Ac delco 758dd wires

I'm curious. I'm thinking about doing a Procharger install on my own and it recommends going one step colder. Wondering how painful it is to get to the plugs.
