I upgraded to iOS 10 today. Can confirm that the new interface shows up on the MyLink display (including the ability to remove some icons like podcasts - Settings>General>CarPlay on the phone), but there is no display on the DIC. Now I have a 1LT, so it's possible that the 2LT/SS DIC has some better integration.

But if I had to guess, I would think that there would need to be an update by Chevy to support this feature, if not a hardware change. As of now, there's minimal-to-no integration between DIC and MyLink.

EDIT: for clarity, and definitely not because there was any self-incriminating wording the first time

The problem with this world is stupidity.
I'm not saying there should be penalties for stupidity,
but why don't we just take the warning labels off everything and let the problem solve itself.

One day maybe our HUD's will be large enough to do this. Eyes forward is better than eyes down. Other than a small digital backup display for warning lights and a speedo, it would be nice to have everything on a HUD and get rid of "the hump".
