E-85 question
What do i need to do 50/50 e-85 and 93 on my car what parts would i need ?

Im not 100% sure but i don't think the ECU can do a flex fuel tune like that yet. I think we are still stuck with 100% Gas or 100% E85. As soon as they get that part figured out, Id love to have that ability to fill her with corn and let her eat. Hopefully someone else here has an update on the situation.

I am going to do some testing on this but i want to wire in a wideband first. I suspect it will make the transistion on its own at any ratio and be close enough to be safe but I will want to see for sure what it does at wot.
E85 for these cars seems like a no brainier. A few extra hp and cheaper cost per mile. E85 will should get at most 30% worse mileage and is about 40% cheaper than premium fuel. |

E85 tune is easy if you can guarantee your percentage. Unfortunately they allow as low as 51% to be marked as E85. So right now you would never know if your tune is correct for a given fill up without hooking up the scanner.

I ran e47 on my cobalt with no flex fuel sensor just lots of e85 testing>> luckily my tuner was close and oklahoma stays close to 75-80 range
