Finally able to hit the track in the Camaro

Based on what I ran in my previous car (very well setup 2014 Focus ST), which were consistent 1:45's I was thinking getting into the high 1:30's a successful outing for my first time in the car. Continued to improve my times as I clicked off laps eventually ending up with a 1:39.1. The best part is there is SO much room for improvement that will come with more seat time. If you watch the video you'll notice several areas where I could have pushed the car more. If I get my braking zones down I think massive improvements are in order. Especially with the addition of my 18 inch CCW TS12's & Hoosier H7's on order.

Ran in track mode with traction control on. First time out so I wanted to take it easy. Will try it with it off next time as I did notice getting out of corners were sluggish with it on.

Heads, cam, stroked motor with long tubes I believe.

Motor isn't stock but the suspension is besides the wheels/tires which are 20 inch Forgestars and 285/305 Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2's. Scrambling to replace an endlink that decided to call it quits, lol.

I honestly have no clue how it happened, but I'm assuming it happened at the track since it started making noise later on in the day. I replaced them all with BMR's.

So far so good! The guys at Houston House of Power put a lot of time and effort into making it stout. I told my brother Chuck what my intentions for it were and he was like "I got you fam".
