Got the tint done today. A 30 ceramic on the sides and back and Air 70 on the windshield.

My splash guards and black Glow Tie are due today.

It's an almost clear tint for the front that blocks most of the heat. Llumar and Rayno are some of the brands. I learned about it here on the forum. I like it so far. I'll try to get a picture from the front.

There are 70 & 80 tints from good brands that only focus on heat rejection instead of light reduction. These are perfect for doing the front windshield.

Here's some pictures looking through the windshield from the inside and the outside. You can see that there is very little tint. It may look a little different after it dries.

How is the clarify of your HUD after? Try driving into the sunlight. Getting any polarization effects?

Had Opti-Coat Pro applied. Pricey but worth it. Marques Samuda (Samuda Detailing) out of Frederick, Maryland applied product after completely decontaminating and de-waxing the car. Looks awesome. Marques did an excellent job. We took a bunch of photos but this is the only one that does it justice IMO.

I had no problems with the HUD. I don't wear sunglasses so it isn't a problem for me but I understand that it can be for some people.
