I was hard stuck on selecting mosaic black as my color choice for a while, but with that color confirmed not to get the red seat belts i'm a little bummed. I'm sure some of you are too for those specific body color choices that got the same consequence.

Anyways, do you folks think that its worth selecting regular black as opposed to mosaic black in order to get the snazzy red belts?
Those who have seen or own a mosaic black colored Camaro (ZL1?), I would especially like to hear your thoughts!

I would not let seat belt color sway me at all if I loved the exterior color - i'm sure you can change out the belts if you really want red.

Red belts? Really? To each their own I guess. I could not care less really.

Seriously though, Mosaic is a sick color. I would rather have a red seat belt pad than a red belt anyway. I say eff the belts man!

When Al said you get red belts in black cars why does that rule out Mosaic Black? Am I making assumptions here?

There is a way to have your cake and eat it to, there are company's out there that will take your seat belts, and re do them in a lot of colors, and yes Red is one of them, we help our friend do it in his 5th gen, and yes it was speed racer red color, LOL.

I am with you on this, the red seat belts are really cool. Should have been an option that we can order with any exterior color we wanted...not sure why they did it this way. But it is easier/cheaper to change the seat belts than the exterior color. Even if you wrap the whole car instead of paint it, it will still cost more than seat belts.

Are you getting the adrenaline red interior?? I have mosaic black with adrenaline red interior. I really had to think about what color seat belts I had. As someone else said after a week I really don't think your going to car. Not many people are going to see the seatbelt color. Everyone will see the exterior color.

What other option is there besides the adrenaline red interior? I looked on the order guide it looks like that's the only option unless I'm missing something?
because I was also going to get my ZL1 Mosiac Black and was wanting white interior but it showed that the red is the standard option.

Just making sure I was on the same page. I'm doing red and black on my car motor and exterior. I really don't think the red seat belts would look right.
As far as Mosaic black vs Black. The Mosaic black doesn't show dirt as bad, up close the metallic looks great.

You are correct for some reason I saw red.
But I guess every ZL1 will have black seats with red lining?

Yes. Red stitching on black seats with micro suede inserts. Red seat belts only with certain body colors.
