Super easy install. Pleasantly surprised. Did the tail lamps, sport pedals and replaced the front splitter in just over an hour.

Am I the only one who thinks the red lights look better? I can see how these white lights would look good on a white car, but they looked washed out on darker cars. Oh well, to each his own.

I actually think the opposite. Red looks great on white for the contrast but on darker colors like nightfall grey they look very sleek.

Perhaps I am being thrown off by the pictures, but the lights look more like white (or clear) lights than dark tail lights. So, when they are installed on dark cars they stand out and look white--not dark and sleek like the car. Although the recent picture posted on the white Camaro has the lights looking more like black--which is the opposite of what the lights look like in other pictures. Very strange...

You are not alone; I am undecided. I haven't seen any of these lights in person yet, and that is part of my indecision. I do kind of like the contrast of the red tail-lights on my black car, so I am waiting until I see some of the dark ones in person in order to really be able to decide. They are not cheap.

They don't look as white in person. I was afraid I wasn't gonna like them, but they really look great in person.

You need to see them in person. Pictures don't do them justice. Hard to photograph.

I completely understand what you are saying. Especially during the day with a lot of sunlight, there is a lot of clear that you see and it's not all that dark because of the clear reverse and brake lights.

However if you put on the tint from BigWorm on, it makes a HUGE difference and the lights look fantastic IMO on dark cars.

It has 4 clips and the gasket is an adhesive gasket. The gasket isn't sold individually and it'll be ruined when you take the third brake light out. You'll need some gasket material on hand to make a new gasket.

I bought a spare and tore it apart. I have a vendor from work working on getting me a cast lens made that's a light smoke grey to try and match the darken tail lamps. There is another lens on the inside between the LED's and the red lens that is clear, I'm working on getting that cast in red to take care of the color. The LED's look like they would be a PIA to try and swap for red LED's. If it turns out I'll post the outcome here.

"10 business days. I wrote to you on the 5th that it would be that long. The 5th doesn't count since it is the order processing day. At any rate, it has been 6. When they get in, they get in, and then we ship same day.

Gene."

Needless to say I immediately called them this morning and cancelled my order all together and got hung up on. I've been in retail customer service for over 24 years and am a Automotive Restyling Shop owner myself and have NEVER spoken to any of my customer's with that much rudeness, whether the customer is right or not, you never show disrespect or attitude towards them, it's just NOT good business.
Then only reason I am posting this is just to let our forum members be ware, pricing is not all that matters whenever ordering parts, there needs to be reliable customer service behind that as well. In addition, I ordered my taillights from my local GM parts warehouse, paid only $30 more than I had already paid Cultrag, and had them in my hands 2 hours later.
I ordered mine on the 8th, called today (10 business days later) and got told GM shipped them Friday the 12th, they'll ship them when they get there. Cancelled my order, call thatgmpartsguy and already have a tracking number. He said he had 60 on hand and 20 more on it's way. I told the guy that I cancelled my other order because it was taking too long and he simply asked "Cultrag"...

For the guys who installed theirs, how did you remove the orange retainers holding the light in place? And you can put the retainers on the new light once you take them off the old light? May be a dumb question but I'm new to the diy thing
