Auh, I've seen the manifold before. You are the wizard at this stuff. Great job and awesome build.

Top chart was 100% stock. The blue pull on top was in 5th gear the red on bottom was 6th(1:1 ratio gear)
Bottom chart is with rear mount turbo kit and billet intake manifold maxing out the factory fuel system, a 176whp gain with only 7psi of boost. Mind you the dyno at Inline Racing always reads a bit (40ish) whp low. A stock a8 2016 ss on other dynos typically gets 390-405 whp from what I understand. Going to take it to the track this weekend and see what the real numbers that matter says. Best number I ever ran with the car stock was 12.4 at 114mph. (hot as hell in Houston Tx and I always got crappy 60ft) The cool thing with this rear mount, all that weight in the back, with traction control turned off in first gear just floor it off of idle, no spinning what-so-ever, just squats the back end and goes hard. I haven't actually tried launching it yet though so when we take it to the track Friday that may change. Dyno vid to be posted shortly Going to see about getting it on another dyno tomorrow so I can get a rpm pickup. You can see at 90-95mph a 150whp gain though Also at the moment power falls off at right after 6k rpm that's why we didn't rev to 140 (rev limit in 5th). There are a couple of little tweaks we are going to make to things to get that to hold all the way though so by the time production part is out that will be long gone. Either way stock fuel system is still maxed out though |

Get to a dyno that is going to be a true reflection of what this this kit is capable of since you will eventually try and sell to the masses. Include AFR, PSI, so on and so forth. You're doing yourself no favors noting all these variables and using an odd gear to dyno.

I have a fair amount of experience tuning this engine in boosted and N/A combinations, I spent several days testing AFR for power and torque. I can tell you with full confidence that your running this car far too lean. The closer I get to .78 lambda the more power It will make in boosted and .85 for N/A contrary to the internet myths. Ted.

The ar in the dyno log was a sniffer in the back dp. My wideband that is at the ypipe was about .5 richer the entire time

I Love the manifold, but for testing your turbo system may I suggest you go back to the stock manifold, this way your potential customers will know what to expect.
Then you can test the manifold against the stock one with the turbo system. For reference my 2016 Auto put down 414 RWHP 430 RWTQ bone stock on my Superflow Chassis Dyno which has proven to be 100% accurate. Ted.

I'm concerned that you ran out of fuel at that power level, even if the dyno is short changing you. Others are running much higher power levels with adequate fuel.
On the flip side, even with wonky dyno runs, the before and after runs are noteworthy. |

Going to have to retune. Since all our tuning has been street tuned in 3rd and4th it wasn't ready for the extra load from 6th on the dyno.
Ran pig rich 10ars and broke up so we should have more power in it afterall Here is dyno and you can see full boost by 3500 That is uncorrected numbers |

Here is the std run and a 5th pull
Was rich even on the 5th pull. Thing just needs a good tune and it should be golden |
