and, even though it is expensive, I believe it can be used as a dash cam.

Don't forget resale value. Unless you're like me someone else will own your car someday. The same holds true for NPP. Not getting it can potentially hurt resale value a bit. Always consider the next owner.

You'll never get back equal value on options. It's almost as bad as aftermarket mods.

Next owner? If I had a zl1 I would most likely hold on to it and not treat it like an old washing machine. That's just me.

Not really a question of getting money back. Just saying it detracts from potential buyers when you're car isn't equipped with what the majority of buyers want. If I thought everyone wanted a sunroof I'd get it just so my options of reselling were better. That's all.

Mine will never be resold. Like I said I've never sold a car. I crashed my first one and I have every car since I was 19. I'm with you. We're all growing old together.

That's how I feel about my 15 1LE. It's likely to be the one I hold on to. At 41, it just seems like the right time to keep what I have. zl1 is out of my price range anyway.

1) Coupe
2) Mosaic Black 3) Dark Tail lamps 4) Carbon fiber weave hood 5) Carbon fiber interior trim 6) Dark Night Structura door trim 7) PDR (maybe). Might be a silly question, but do you guys know if the PDR can be installed outside the factory? I might change my mind and want it after a year of DD'ing it, then taking it to the track. Maybe some folks considered the same thing with the corvette. Not estimating price because i'm too scared right now, haha. |
