Amazing how some of these dealers are still in business! Thank God my dealer is pretty knowledgeable from a service standpoint.

Absolutely agree. But first, GM would have to regularly update their software. I'm shocked that this is now v2.5 of MyLink and they still don't offer an owners portal where drivers can download regular software updates for bug fixes and feature enhancements.

Anyone here had a Ford with their system? So jealous of the Microsoft version. The new one will probably not update as often as that one did, but still nice that Ford owners can download updates.

Yes...I downloaded the update for my 2104 Mustang onto a thumb drive, then put the thumbdrive in the USB port in my car, then started it. The car took it from there.

There was a recall for water intrusion Program and the dealership has ordered wiring harness / fan connector module for my vehicle. I would be taking my vehicle to dealership with evidences provided by you.. I really appreciate your help on this.

Recall is complete now for my Camaro. Fan connector module and wiring harness got replaced. I got Android auto checked as well but it didn't work. When i connect Android phone to the car, projection screen doesn't sense it. No error message. Phone starts getting google updates for 20-30 min after connecting to the car but no luck finally. Will take it to dealer again in 2-3 weeks.

What phone do you have? Sounds like you might need to try another cable/phone as well. You do have AA installed from the play store?

Yes..I have Android Auto Installed on my Google nexus4. Most of the time, i carry iPhone so Apple Car Play is working perfectly fine but Android Auto - i haven't got a luck to see how and when will it work...
