They won't be less bright though that's the thing. The actual parts where the lights comes out are not tinted. They are basically clear like the z06

If they are GM parts they most likely will meet all legal standards. That's the beauty of buying OEM over aftermarket.

Then, every time someone skeptical like me comes along, we can refer to that picture. Seeing is believing in this case, I think.

My dealer said the status they showed was vendor stocked but did verify the part number was correct. Their price was $550 as mentioned previously on here.

I purchased mine from ThatGMPartsGuy.com yesterday for $453.

As soon as I get them, I will install and put up a quick video on youtube.

Just spoke to forum sponsor CULTRAG Performance. Patrick sent me a custom link to order through them. $412 plus shipping which was $37.
Awesome! Can't wait.

Why don't you post a new thread with the same pics and do a step by step guide about how to tint them like you did? Some people would probably like that information.

Also, thanks for the info Joey. I'll be placing an order for mine once Maureen gets back from vacation.
Hater.

It is true ...just got a note from my guy at CULTRAG...they can get them for $412.50 7-10 days to get them....I got the kit from Big Worm that just does the backup (white) area...as much as I like them, I think I can get the same effect other ways... in my mind a nice set of ACS side rockers would go farther in the looks dept. than the dark tails...but that is just me ...love to here what the dealer cost is to slap these on???
