Thanks for the info. I plan on just doing the cat back for now and when my warranty is up, I'll do the SW headers and get a dyno tune as well. I want to keep the warranty for as long as I can lol.

I must have gotten one heck of a system then because I put long tube headers with a off road pipe on and I have not thrown any codes! Put about 100 miles on it so far with no issues at all. Still getting it tuned but have a couple week wait for an opening.

You better check with SW before you do that. The SW headers includes everything back to the mufflers.

No. It's a modular system. I have SW headers and x-pipe down to the stock muffler. You can get any configuration

This is weird. It may happen soon then. I threw codes two days after I had headers and high flow cats put on

If you do the cat back first you will have to call SW and special order just the headers.

I thought the same thing. I figured I'd throw codes immediately with headers and no cats. It's been almost a week now and nothing still. Very strange

That's seriously beyond amazingly lucky. Getting rid of the cats alone should throw a code. People are getting codes for itty bitty vaccum leaks. You've swapped out the entire exhaust system including LT headers and your ECM doesn't even notice? You should play the lottery with that luck.

***edit*** you said headers and off road pipe not full exhaust... my mistake. You should still see a code though.

I did put a full system on it. Long tube headers, off road pipe, x-pipe, and axle-back.

I know I can't believe it either! Just drove it all day and put about another 100miles of stop and go on it and still no codes.

I just put on my SW NPP (non AFM) catback a few days ago. No codes at all with 100 miles on it now....other than the crappy o2 sensor connector falling apart after the install.

Did you install O2 sensor simulators? We need some experts in here to help figure this out. If we can do a header install without having to do a tune and not throwing any codes, that's impressive.
