Anyone want to install headers or MSD Intake?

I am in Houston but would consider driving if someone wants to make a project of it. Also, local shops are quoting me $500 for a bolt on tune. Does this seem normal?

The price for tuning seems to be about average, Jayson/Billy over at MTI did the tune on my C6. Lot of experience over there.

That tune price is normal. I used Jared at CarTender on Jones Rd to do my header/exhaust install. He did an amazing job at a great price. Very good guy to deal with. Give him a call if you need an installer. He doesn't do tunes though

I call Jared and thanks for the recommendation. He suggested that i get a tune through Pat G and i will be doing this soon.

I used Pat G to tune my 4th gen f-body back in like 2008 I believe. I had a huge cam and stage 2 heads, ported intake, headers, larger injectors, pretty much everything. It was running and idling not all that spectacular from another shop's tune(Chuck). He started from scratch and made that thing run so smooth. It was pretty amazing. I would highly recommend him for tuning.

Lol at Chucks tuning, he recently blew up a Zr1 that was running. I'm not surprised hewring about the 4th gen. Pat G and Ricky fast are damn good tuners
