...the dealer needs Available Allocation
to place the order...without it...
...it will remain 1100 - "nothing new"..

Which is something I asked several times before placing the order and was told they do....

I assume this is the only reason it could still be at 1100? If so, it is really irritating to be told a lie right to your face.
