Key Problem for Convertible

Has anyone else experienced an issue with their keys upon delivery? Or maybe I'm doing something wrong but 2 things aren't working:

1) The car start works about 20% of the time.
2) The convertible top only retracts a bit and then stops.

I just got the car yesterday :/

Thanks!

haven't used the auto start yet. And it took a few times of trying with the top to get it to work without stopping. I think the key fobs are just reaaallly stiff at first.

Push to hold take a bit of force on the fob. I would rather have it push two buttons momentarily

Hold the fob down until full top retract. If u let off its jacked up and u must fix from inside button. I let off a couple times because u have to mash the button it's stiff.

You have to hold the button for the top to drop

And if I'm not mistaken, you have to push the unlock button twice, THEN hold the top down button.

The unlock twice thing solved my top issue! Thanks!

I'll keep trying with the start button as that still wasn't working, no matter how hard I pressed it.
