LED's make a huge difference

Would like to give a shout out to sledgehammer70 for being an active member of the community as well as providing tutorial videos. Swapped all the lights (trunk, plate and reverse) for LED's and now the car looks how it should've from the factory imo. Anyway to anyone interested check out his YouTube channel for some awesome content! Here's a pic of the final result 👍🏼

Looks really bright. Not sure if that's a good thing or obnoxious. I guess if you're backing up, you want to let people know that you're in reverse.

Their not even close to that bright in person, pics always make leds look brighter then they are. Did this to mine in Feb. and in my pics i took they looked insanely bright as well. IMO, don't make a real difference in seeing any better when backing up, but do look better when unlocking/locking the car at night. Easy mod to do

I partially cover my license plate lamp lenses with black tape to reduce the light output so all's good there.

What reverse light bulbs did you use? I'd love more light when backing.

Sledgehammer has definitely helped me make some decisions on what to do with mine. He's a great asset to the community. The 2nd mod I've ordered are the LED/tint overlays kit from BigWormGraphix. Those yellow backup/license plat/trunk lights definitely don't cut it on a car full of LEDs.

I usedw40s for the reverse and t10s for everything else. If you go on his channel he has links to everything he got on amazon. The resistor was the annoying part but with a little dremmel work it came out really well

Exactly what I said! It honestly isn't an upgrade it just makes the car the way it should've came

Agree it's honestly not that bad in person, it's more of my OCD kicking in when I see LED's in the front and not the back....
