Wow that was a bad hit from her! Glad you're okay. Hope she got charged for running a red light. If she had no insurance she probably has nothing else of value either. Be a waste of time and money for you to hire a lawyer! Can't get blood out of a stone. Get a '17 to replace the '16. That's my opinion.
