Cut off my NPP Muffler, Added Flowmaster Mufflers

So Yesterday I went to a shop I always go to, to have exhaust work done. Removed the NPP Suit Case, added 2 Flowmaster Outlaw mufflers.

(Part #815430 Flowmaster Outlaw Race Muffler)

I tried to get the best angle I could so that it would have more of a realistic sound, being that videos really do no justice. When the Exhaust is really deep its when the valves are open. Obviously when the valves are closed, it dose not sound as deep. It starts out with them open.

I like this idea but I'd really like to do it with a full size muffler like borla proxs so I can have loud or very quiet still

Sounds very good. Nice, deep tone and still fairly quiet with the valves closed. Thanks for posting the video! I might do something similar

With the valves open it has some pretty loud drone at lower speeds and RPM. But at 60 MPH It tones down quite abit. With valves closed, I have noticed no drone at all. In person its night and day when you open and close them. I also noticed I gained some power, before in 1st or 2nd gear from a roll The car would just go and no tire spin. Now I am getting some Tire spin, but not a lot.

Wow, this is exactly what I drew on a piece of paper for an idea. Glad someone else had the same idea. I was trying to figure out which muffler to use. Glad someone went ahead and did it.

In my 5th gen I had some drone with the Outlaw system until I added the borla X-pipe...heck, it actually seemed to add more Bass.

Are you installing the Borla x pipe on your 16ss also?
