you will end up paying less for the ss, but the numbers are comparable. In the end the deciding factor is which one you think looks and drives and sounds better

Sounds like your best move would be patient and see where the new Camaro 1LE pricing will land, and when they will find their way to the dealers. Best of both worlds.
