Stupid California so far away! I know mine will arrive in California in the next few days... But it may sit in the rail yard for awhile. I hope we both get quick delivery - and they don't sit around collecting dust! If everything lines up quickly I could take delivery on Monday or Tuesday - but that would mean immediate transfer to a truck upon arrival by rail, and I know that doesn't always happen! Here's hoping it does!

I'm sure you already thought of this but would it be faster (and cheaper) to have Becky just ship it to you??

Faster, yes. Cheaper, no. I opted out of courtesy delivery due to issues with local dealers here. That being said, Becky and I already talked shipping costs awhile back and it is more expensive than I'm wanting to spend vs what it would cost for me to go get it. Plus I'm looking forward to that road trip back. As well as I'm making a couple stops on my way back to enjoy the sites and the car.

Plus side to if I have to wait till 7/9. My car club will be in bowling green that weekend and I can just stop there on my way back and spend the weekend with them then cruise back to Memphis with them.

Yeah I guess I can understand that. That's why I wouldn't have minded getting the car a few hours away. I have a trade-in though and that complicates things.

I moved from 4300 to 4200. Hopefully that means it's on its way! Maybe on the same train as greg72982...
