6th Gen CAI's?

So they've been out long enough now that I figured we'd see some pop up by now from the usual suspects but nothings been posted or talked about at all are any vendors even working on them?

Huh? Have you checked the engine specific pages. Or did you search? There is like 4 brands that have come out with them already and countless posts/videos. E.g., CAI, AFe, Roto-fab, moshimoto, etc etc...

My personal advice based on my past experience with them and their products I would wait for the Roto-fab. Awesome customer service and even better products.

Maybe I should re-phrase my question where are the intakes for the I4 and V6.

It should be noted the first few I4s were assembled at the end of February, one member had his build dealer delivered at the beginning of March and ofers and mine were dealer delivered on March 15. Due to constraints on the I4 I suspect only a few hundred were assembled to the end of March.

Will there be short ram (CAI) intakes for the I4? Evidence in the appropriate thread indicates some are being developed even as I post.

I appreciate your support. We are confident that our intake for the 2016 Camaro will be the best on the market, and as always we will take care of our customers before and after the sale. Thanks again for your confidence in us.

Ahh makes sense... Sorry about that, interesting to follow what the tuners out there will be able to dow with that I-4, I had an Evo X a couple years ago and it was insane what a tune, e85, and an intake gained me on that turbo. Gotta love forced induction. Good luck!

NP, almost got taken back by the reply but thought better of it and realized I didn't really specify I know the V8's will always get first love in a Camaro and they should just hoping to see some love for the I4 and the V6 I have/had a 2011 2LS and the aftermarket support for the V6 was lackluster compared to the V8 the I4 has only been around since early Feb and already aside from exhaust already has more aftermarket support.

Figured i'd poke the hornets nest some and get some vendors to buzz.

Kinda in the same boat. Granted, I'll take whatever is made but wish they would get something on the table soon. Nothing gimmicky about it. It is what it is. And the one I had on my 13 camaro was solid.

You figure once they make the sheilds for the ss, you can tool one up for the v6... just a matter of pipe size and angle differences.

Very sorry for the misleading post. I did PM EvilBee earlier this week to clarify. We aren't currently in development on a V6 or I4 car. But I will keep you guys posted as things change.

Thanks
Michael
