This is what you are looking for and it's $819.00 direct from us. A little less from resellers - https://www.borla.com/products/camar...rt__11922.html For the record it's 1/3 the price you quote above. Sorry for the confusion but we offer dozens upon dozens of configurations and it's hard to find the one you're looking for. Working on a more understandable method to identify the right Borla system for your needs. Anyhow, about $800, not $2,500. Cheers! |

This is good example of why we implemented a modular strategy for the new Camaro. It allows enthusiasts to take small bites and mix and match as they need. |

Uhmmm, thanks David, I'll think about it. I guess the Mustang crowd has their laugh when they see the pricing for the Camaro's aftermarket. |

You're going to like our S-Type rear section and though I don't know you, I'm confident enough in your sincerity that I'll make you an offer I can't offer to everyone (or anyone else unfortunately). Here's my offer - Buy our S-Type rear section with no valves (non-NPP) and drive with it for a week. If you find it objectionable after that time, or it just doesn't meet your needs, I'll allow you to return it, even though there are no defects, and I will refund the money you paid for the system as well as installation (keep your invoices). I even have a distributor in Mexico that can get it to you. Sound is subjective, I don't find the S-Type system to be too loud but you might feel differently. We hardly sold any Touring systems for the 2010-2015 Camaro because everyone wanted S-Type or ATAK. Most of the Touring systems we did sell for the Camaro5 went on cars with Long Tube Headers but we now have systems built especially for Long Tubes on Camaro6 and we recommend those for anyone with Long Tube headers. The main impetus for us offering the Touring Resonator Option on Camaro6 is mostly because someone with an S-Type or ATAK system is going to sell their car eventually and the new buyer may want to tone it down. Anyhow, very little risk for you with my offer. That's how confident I am in our S-Type system. Sorry I can't offer this to anyone else so please don't inundate me with requests for this. I'm sure you understand why. |

Going back a few pages, there are tons of posts (including my own) complaining about the prices. Confused why you would publicly make ONE exception. |

Dear David, ![]() I appreciatte your kind offer , and will contact your local distributor to order the axle back. Thank you very much. I hope it'll perform as you mention and will come back here with impressions/recommendations.Quote:
, you might consider this will be sold for Mexico, it is a large underexploited market, and I'm a very active member in the local car community, the second largest in the country.

Hardly anyone wants a Touring rear section and those that do usually have Long Tube Headers for which we have a specific solution now rendering the Touring rear section unnecessary for them. Most of the rest of those that feel they might want a Touring rear section will be surprised how happy they are with S-Type because it's only loud where you want it to be. Others are concerned about drone and think they need the Touring rear section to handle drone but there is no drone in any of our rear sections or cat-backs for the Camaro6. Are there really that many of you looking for a Touring rear section? Maybe our research provided erroneous results? If so, let me know and we'll make one. |

Have you guys done any testing on what it would like to combine one of the rear sections with an h-pipe instead? I like that classic growl more.

All of y'all need to stop whining about pricing. If you want to buy cheap $hit, that is what you are going to get. You are driving a 40K+ sports car. Act like it. Borla makes awesome products. I just installed the non-NPP version of the S-type with quad tips. Yes, I changed the rear facia to accommodate the tips. Well worth the price. And, since I only installed the axle-back, I still have many options for future add-ons. However, I doubt if any changes will be necessary. Those mufflers sound great. Relatively quiet when cruising but step on it and everyone around will stop and look. Trust me. David, keep up the good work.

Might be a some confusion. We've committed to have all the new Camaro parts in stock by July 1st. That particular part number 11923 will actually be ready to ship around Tuesday of next week. Send me a PM with your order number from Summit and I'll find out what's going on. |
