I grabbed an Xbox One a few weeks back when I noticed they dropped the price. Got Forza Horizon 2 with it...what a fun game! I will def be getting 3.

Can someone refresh my memory as to when the dealer's website will show our cars "In Transit." That's assuming it will at all.

Follow up to that: My dealer is showing a 2016 "In Transit." Depending on the phase of the process it is at, is it possible my car could be shipped with that one?

greg72983 - Dealership website isn't the most accurate way to track anything. Laborsmith commented on that a few pages ago. First check with Becky. Then, depending on what status you are at, check with your dealer. She told me this morning to ask my dealer to check the "Event History" of my car. If it's indeed been shipped, a rail car # will be shown. I would suggest you also do the same, bud.

I asked my dealer this morning, but still haven't heard back from him. But I'm willing to cut him some slack. He's been very attentive and helpful so far, so I'm not going to hold this one time against him.

No problem....glad it helped others, too. The codes between built and shipped are needlessly confusing. Of course, I'm sure they didn't design the system in a way that was supposed to make sense to the layman anyway.

I am sure they get more detail than just the code. So when you get a code plus the context of what the code means at the time you are looking at it, it makes a lot more sense. We do something similar in our own order management system as an order bounces back and forth between support and finance. It is all about context, and unfortunately, we are trying to decipher the context with little or no information. I am more fascinated in the business process aspect than I am frustrated - now that I know the code does not give full context.
