I ordered a 2LT 2.0 with Performance and RS package. Was disappointing to find out that the 2LT does not come with the 8 inch enhanced center console. You have to spend $2700 on the enhanced lighting package to get the enhanced center console. I just could not do it.

Members that have the base center console. Can you give me your opinion if you are satisfied with the functions it gives? What can the base console do?

You mean the 8" center cluster right? Center console would be myLink with the 2LT does get the 8".

Check out this video of the base instrument cluster. There's still a lot of functionality in it, including the performance screens.

Ace01.........Good news for you, super sound is correct. If you had ordered the 1LT you would have to purchase the premium lighting package to get the 8" screen. But the 2LT DOES come with the 8" screen so you are good! I also have a 2LT on order and vacillated on the premium lighting package. I did not want to spend that much money on that lighting package, but in the end I talked myself into it, and actually have been able to put that money aside during the lengthy waiting period to take delivery.

Are you guys sure that the 8 inch LCD center console screen comes with the 2LT? on the option sheet it says it only comes with the enhanced lighting package?

Are you sure that the 8 inch LCD console comes with the 2LT package.

When I did the online configuration the 8 inch enhanced LCD screen only comes with the enhanced lighting package with the 2LT

I think you're misunderstanding what others have said.

All 2LTs come with an 8 inch centre console screen. Period. The 1LT needs to be equipped with technology package to have it.

The Convenience and Lighting package for the 2LT includes a large digital display in the gauge cluster, as opposed to the smaller screen and analogue gauges you would typically find there (as another user posted above).

I wish they'd just make it one whole tech package, these packages add up, it's not worth it. All of it is standard on the 2SS, better bargain there.

On the configurator for a 2LT if you leave technology package unchecked and then scroll down to the Interior...........very first item is MY Link 8" screen for $0. The 2LT comes with it standard.

It does. So you need to get the 2LT with the enhanced lighting package in order to get the large digital display in the gauge cluster. Thanks I am going to down grade to the 1LE with performance package, RS package and technology package. Just saved my self another couple of thousand dollars. To bad the 2LT does not come with the large digital display in the gauge cluster with out having to add the $2700 enhanced lighting package.
