Anyone do a complete stereo system upgrade from the Bose system?

I have a 2017 2SS on order and intend on upgrading the entire stereo. In the past I've used Boston Acoustics aftermarket speakers (the AC series - not the same as what they sold to GM for the 5th gen Camaros) but they're not what they used to be so I'm considering Focals all around. I have a 4 channel Pioneer amp I'll bridge to two channel, and its 50 watts RMS/channel analog MOSFET output. And an Alpine 4 channel 50 watt RMS MOSFET I'll bridge to two as well. Then a Pioneer 250 watt RMS mono sub amp. I will use factory size speakers in all locations to keep the look and reserve what little trunk space there is.

So has anyone seriously opened up a 6th gen 2SS or 2LT with Bose for a complete system? If you have, do you have pictures? I'm keeping the factory head unit as theres nothing to add, although I would actually consider a glove box or trunk mounted CD changer if there's a provision for an external CD player in the input on the factory audio processing unit.

I do not know. But using a processor should allow you to do anything you want. Not the cheapest way but the best IMO.

Not looking for cheap. Looking for clean, full, rich sound as close to analogue as possible. All at loud volume with no distortion. I've done it before and know it can be done. I'm an audiophile.
