I have a nice Witbier. Typically witbier recipes call for orange peel, corriander, and chamomile. I switched out the chamomile for Lavender. This makes for a really nice summer beer.

I currently have two IPAs in my fermenters. One of them I made with Red X malt. If you have ever had a Stone Pataskala Red X IPA, that is the malt they used. I have a Scottish ale similar to 90 Shilling in a keg waiting for a spot in my kegerator to open up.

As far as commercial beers, I am really liking Firestone Walker Union Jack IPA.

Currently having an Abita Big Easy. It is amazingly good for a 4.5 ABV beer. Excellent hop flavor with a nice smooth finish. Great lawnmower beer.
