Front Parking Sensors
Hey Everyone,
Just curious as to whether or not there has been any word about these being added to the new Camaro at some point in 2017 onward. Or how complicated it may be to have done after purchase. (would this effect warranty??) I watched a review of the new escalade and they have this tech. I feel like this is a necessary feature, especially for those wanting to lower and/or add ground effects package. Looking for others thoughts on this. Thanks |

Definitely a necessary feature. While I am opposed to "features" that take over the driving of the car (For example, the new Mercs have it in their newest cars and I just don't like the thought of the computer taking over the car; I'll stop when I want, not when the car tells me, LOL), having front sensors is indispensable. If your response is, "Oh, that's just an unnecessary nanny," has never owned a car that has it. As an example, I wish the Camaro came with Rainsense, but that is not necessary, unlike front sensors.

Thanks - I will look into this further closer to the purchase date as an alternative if the feature is not offered by GM. Do you know if this void's any part of the warranty? Quote:
