Negotiated Dealership "Only" Incentives
Hey all,
I have talked to two different dealers in my area, many of which don't have much to say when I ask about specific incentives to purchase from their lot. I have asked about lifetime oil changes, detailing etc. and have come up empty. I am curious as to what others have negotiated at their dealerships and whether or not I'm just being worked over by dealers here. I live in Canada, so I know it may be different. However I would still like to see what others have gotten included. Thanks |

I personally wouldn't ask for the car to be washed/detailed that was an example. Doesn't have to be specific to my OP. Those were just a few I have read on here.
I'm more so trying to find out what incentives are out there at dealerships since there I have had no luck when I ask the salesperson that question. I get the generic response of " family run dealership, blah blah blah ". |

In my areas there is just dealer discount and the GM incentives you can qualify for. these are the one I have seen, not sure if they all apply in Canada. There are probably others. Some use points on a GM credit card that can be applied toward purchase. You
- Conquest - $750 for owning another non-GM vehicle. Basically a competitive rebate. - Lease Incentive - $500 if you have a lease... - Private Offer - $1000 if you can get one to pop up on the Chevy website. Usually has to be used by the end of the month. - Farm Bureau - $500 is you participate in a states farm bureau. You can try and negotiate extra oil changes and such but I would just shoot for more discount or better interest rates, etc.
