Mylink head unit broken
Going back to the dealer in the A.M my new 1ss is already having electronic issues. Hopefully it's just a software problem. If they need to remove the entire dash and head unit i think it's a lemon.

It would never be considered a lemon after this one issue. It'll be covered under warranty, you're good

Yeah in Virginia it's 3 attempts or 30 days. My neighbor got an SS loaner car better be something good if I have to leave it for awhile.

My my link did the same thing. The firmware was updated and I had no issue after that.

They're replacing the headunit tomorrow I told him about your post about the software update. Apparently there's a tsb out there for defective units

I guess we had different issues. My blank screen was fixed with the firmware.

Hopefully a software update will correct it.
If they end up replacing it, they will need to go into the dash, but at least it's better than going in through the tail pipe...
