I could tell my second set on the top spring was much better then the first. It fit the mount correctly. I rides pretty good, but it is a lowered spring and my 15ss with bmr's road just about the same. I like them a lot and have about 100 miles on them since installed yesterday. The cornering is really stellar, it just looks great and sorry I haven't gotten pictures up yet. I have been very busy at work.

I've been thinking about this and shorter control rods don't seem to be the solution. They would only allow for the sensors to have the correct and same input with the car sitting level at its new ride height. It would not compensate for the reduced suspension travel.

A more proper solution would to relocate the connection point at the control arm to be more distant form the arm pivot axis thereby allowing the reduced travel with lowering springs to result in the same total movement at the sensor.

I haven't seen these rods so am not sure how the design works but I assume its a simple link ala swaybar end link to a sensor providing suspension travel feedback to the the MRC and stability control systems.

I wonder if the GM kit for MRC will include a software flash recalibrating the MRC to the new ride height?

I don't think they're available yet for the Camaro, but I am very surprised that this isn't talked about more here as a solution.

Because we are cheap bastards. Lol.
$250 is better than $2500. Most are going for a look not superior performance.
I'm in for coilovers.....if under a grand.

There will be coils for under a grand if you're looking for looks only, just like for the 5th gens. i imagine the pfadt (afe? ) will be a little pricey because they will track the crap out of them.

Trying to get some info from some manufacturers to see what they have in the plans.

There's a few mfg's working on coil-overs. I may pick up some springs in the mean time just to fill that gap (pun intended).
