Like RallyRT said, they are part of the blackout package. That's how I got the ground effects and blade spoiler to come out black on the configurator. I actually spoke to my dealer this weekend about ordering accessories such as the black glowtie and blacked out tail lamps and he told me he'd order them as soon as they were available. Here's hoping that'll happen before the car gets here so I can take delivery with them installed.

Check with Chevy chat or Becky over in the Status Thread.  but validate...they are dealers....and we all know what that can mean.
