I see Becky made a thread for TPW 6/20. I'm hoping that means the 2-week break doesn't come in until later and our cars are already out of the plant by then.

The 2 week shutdown is scheduled for last week of June and first week of July.

There is a 6/6, 6/13, and now 6/20 TPW.

QC holds and logistics/shipping are what might get us caught in the 2 week shutdown.

I would love for it to be the end of June. But I'm pretty much expecting mid July based on info from people like laborsmith.

Thanks! This is my first car I've ever special ordered. And the Camaro has been my (realistic/attainable) dream car for many many years now. I wanted to get something that was recognizable, but not over the top. I work in real estate, so it's important to have that nice, recognizable car for me. But yes, something that has a definite character and attitude about it. I'm happy someone else gets it!

Also, I'm happy to see this particular club growing! Lots of new additions with amazing cars on the way. I don't think Chevy's Camaro team will ignore medium blue colors like they used to.

Just to be on the safe side, I'm currently planning on trying to catch a Private Offer for June, but I am mentally prepared for an August delivery.

Becky says if we can get to a 4000 code or better, logistics does not do the two week shutdown. After 4000, we are in the hands of the third party company and they will be shipping during the plant shutdown.

I have been peeking in on the other TPWs and things have been picking up. Other than new colors (and the fifty), I would expect us to sail through QC. While new model years typically have a longer QC, no one can point to a source that says there is a model year change that will require them to extend our QC time. The car I am getting is essential the same as if it had been built the week before so why would QC take longer?

We should all be watching closely our status codes and hoping for 4000 then a placement on a train or truck-based hauler.

I'm the oddball here with the 50th so I'm expecting a QC delay. Hoping for quick QC, but preparing myself for a wait.

Excited and hoping to see everyone's ride make it out before the shutdown.
