- Low speed down shifts were super harsh.
- Up shifts from 2nd to 3rd were occasionally delayed (trans slip), then forced hard into gear.
- At the dealer while trying to fix it they claimed it was locked into 1st gear and wouldn't shift.

Car was at the dealer for 3 weeks and it took a few "fixes" to get that sorted, ended up with a new transmission and valve body at like 500 miles.

- I still think there might be a small issue with down shifting on the new transmission. Occasionally it seems to down shift too soon when coming to a stop, producing more power while trying to stop, resulting in a feel of acceleration instead of deceleration until you correct it by pressing on the brake more..
- Active Fuel Management seems to produce a loud screech when it goes into 4 cylinder mode at low speeds.
- Passenger seat back doesn't recline or move anymore.
- NPP loud rattle.
- Interior electric coil whine at low speeds. Can't figure out where it's coming from.
- Interior squeak that might be linked to the pedal at low speeds but not sure what makes it occur.
- There are a couple of minor paint errors, like a small piece of metal under the paint.
- A couple of times when giving it a lot of gas around 55 the car downshifts like expected, but I think there was a loud lock into gear. It also felt like there was wheel hop or something. Not too concerned yet as I can't reproduce it and I'm not sure if the tires spun and grabbed, or if I went over a pot hole or a crack etc.
- Have yet to determine if the toe links are good or bad.

Super minor:
- No interior trunk light from factory.
- Wrong (too small) cup holder rubber pad for forward cup.
- Dealer didn't tell me they drilled the holes for the front license plate (not needed in my state)

Dealer annoyances:
- Purchasing dealer wouldn't look at car for the transmission problems the day after I bought it. Said it had to have 500 miles on it.
- Servicing dealer for transmission curbed my wheel and tire.
- Dealer replaced wheel and tire.
- Tire turned out to be the wrong tire with a different tread pattern, so had to go in again. They at first didn't believe me.
- New rim has some minor marks on it but I'll leave it as I can live with it.
- On the underside of the rear diffuser there is a curb mark that isn't visible unless you're under the car, and it isn't from me. I can't prove it of course.
Dude I'm super sorry to hear!! I would probably try a new dealer as well. Man I can't imagine how frustrating this must be. I hope everything works out for you!

I love this car. I mean I love it. My old car was a WS6 Trans Am. While that was a great car, this one transcends it and then some. A car with all the power you can realistically use and with all the refinements of a luxury car? (2SS)
I admit I am a die hard Pontiac fan, but in the absence of said brand, this 6th gen Camaro has filled the void more than I ever would have expected.

I'm loving it. I did 18 autocross runs this past weekend, and finally feel I understand the limits of the car. 0 issues all weekend, and the one problem I had is now fixed. Passenger seat wouldn't recline/incline, but I had someone who was about 220lbs sit in it for a run, and it works now. Lol

I just took delivery of mine last week and this is an awesome car. My lease was up on my 2013 2SS 1LE that had NPP, NAV and sunroof. This time around I went with a Mosaic black, 2SS with the A8, NPP, MRC and NAV. I loved to row my own gears but the traffic where I live was really preventing me from fully enjoying the manual gearbox. I also don't actually track the car. I have to say the A8 tranny is really sweet. My expectations were not real high for an auto transmission but this one is pretty awesome. It shifts super quick and I like the shift programming it has when you set it to track mode. It will hold the gears much longer.

The interior upgrade is night and day over my 2013. The HUD is sharper and in color with freakin G-Meter on it. The seats are softer and have AC in them, which is all I want in Florida. The Dash cluster is incredible, performance pages, digital gauges, more than and enthusiast could ask for.

I can go on and on and probably will as I get more seat time in this car.
You covered it all. Yet, I am not a former Camaro owner, as others are.
I focused on buying a Stingray but could not stomach the lack of storage for a few bags of luggage for weekend trips. I am happy with my decision with the re-designed 6th gen with the LT1 engine as that was the selling point as compared to going to a Lexus, VW, Acura, etc...

Mine is absolutely perfect, nothing wrong with it. Actually, I am really surprised to read the negative posts but any cars, at any price might have something go wrong. I have a friend who just purchased a $100K Mercedes and it keeps breaking..to the point of being ridiculous.

I love my CAR 3000 plus miles. Way better then my 2013 1SS/1LE. I just wished I'd have know they were going to Start production for 2017 in June!!!! I'd have waited to order. <<<

I had 2013 1LE as well. I was gonna wait to order a 17 when my lease was up but I started to do the math and it made more sense to take a chance on a 2016. If I waited then I would lose a lot of negotiating leverage, including increased dealer discount, incentive money and the private offer I was able to use. Also, If I waited I would probably be on the hook for a new set of tires, which as you know cost $1200+.

Even though they will start 2017 production in June I doubt anyone will see a car until August or so, which was another timing issue I had.
