Z/28: Blower whine or no whine.
Time for a poll. Do you hear blower whine or normally aspirated induction noise?
Vote now! Personally, all I hear is the glorious sound of normally aspirated induction noise. |

I don't know but there's no way it's not the LT4. The days of a emissions compliant monster NA engine are over.

ZL1:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?featur...&v=OqSpSPKm_Hs Z/28: https://www.youtube.com/watch?featur...&v=etX1UIgrH2s Sounds like an LT4 to me. I hear what sounds like supercharger whine most distinctly at 0:23 and 0:27. At 0:45 it sorta sounds like it, but it could be wind noise. |

The exhaust note on the Z28 is a high compression N/A motor way deeper sound than the ZL1

Could just be in my head by the tone and loudness of the z28 is different. And I believe if you were going to hear a whine it would have been right before it crashed.

I'm going LT4 because it's Camaro and I don't expect GM to give the Camaro it's own engine, no matter how much it might need it.

If it is N/A motor it's a Z28.
If it has a LT4 I think it will be a ZL1 Track Edition or R not a Z28 But either way it's bad a$$ |
