I may get some heat from this but i dont think this is the Z28 i think it is going to be a Competition version of the ZL1 due to the canards. Maybe for the Continental Tire Sports Car series.

Rear brakes locked up, the rest is him trying to save the car. JMO

Tuning software/hardware catastrophic failure.
