Thinking red looks better, but blue is my favorite color. But then I can't see blue paint calipers looking nice.. So I think red is winning. thoughts?
Blue.

It's your favorite color

It would be a very unique look. Everyone does the red color look.

Just wondering how the color contrast would look.. I love when it's red, but I do love me some blue... On nightfall gray though I'm not sure.. Maybe someone can photoshop it...

Going wider with a lighter wheel will server you well across both fronts. Also, check out the Cold Air Inductions intake. That should improve sound without breaking the bank. I haven't looked into the Borla stuff to be honest. It would probably be last on my list, but that 's just me. My car's currently getting the Heartbeat supercharger and a set of ceramic coated American Racing long tube headers installed as we speak.

I'd go with red over blue with a NFG car. I have the 6 pistons and they looks amazing with the black 5 spokes. Honestly, the car draws way too much attention...more than I wanted and people go right to massive front Brembos and slotted rotors. I'd paint your calipers if you don't want to spend the $ on brakes. I wouldn't recommend getting the MGP caliper covers. I bought them for my Charger and they look good in pictures, but ridiculous up close. They also trap heat, which will contribute to warping your rotors. Here's a shot for you to see how the red pops on NFG. There are also little red accents all over the interior to match them (SS badges outside and on the seat backs, top of the stick shift, and the lighting can be set to red).

I'm thinking about going with GFX and a black blade spoiler to match the front splitter. My dealer is going swap my trunk lid with an LT for it to fit properly. I'm not sure if I should go with black though or even add the extra weight of the side skirts and rear defuser. What do you guys think?

I'm trying to find a black or carbon fiber fuel door as well. One forum member was lucky enough to get his hands on one, but they seller is no longer making them (they probably got a cease and desist letter).
What do you recommend for painting the calipers? I have 4 piston ones, so hopefully it still looks awesome....

I do think the next mod I get will be rims. And before that, driving school first.... Only upgrade to sound that I want is on the low end rpm and startup... I drove a Maserati that stunk on low rpm, but once it opened up, wow!

Rims will probably come when I need new tires... We shall see!

Now I just need those black taillights to complete the look.

Just picked up. 2SS A8, NGM, NPP, MRC. Most recent Camaro was a 2002 SOM SS. I'm very impressed so far. Great site.

Lookin forward to seeing it!! Glad you went with the blue. More unique.

Saw the spacers added in another thread. It looks great! I'm assuming it also increases the chance of rock chips? Do you think the splash guards would be enough to take care of that? Cuz...I'm a fan of the spacers look.

Yes. Everything kicking up before would mostly be contained within the wheelwhell. But I added XPEL on the bottom corners.. Might add a bit more running down the body, but I think that should be enough.. Not a fan of the splash guard look.

Now I can't decide between a body colored front fascia lip or a black one.... Thoughts?

I'm looking to go Nightfall Grey with Orange Fender stripes (the ones on the z28 just look amazing) but probably need a custom job and orange brake calipers. Anyone have this color scheme or pictures of it?
